You may also have to pay setup charges when you place the order. This setup charge is one-time only and will be applicable with the first rent payment. There are no setup charges if your domain has never been used with SuperRental in the past.

There are two ways for you to make a profit with the SuperRental SMM panel,
First, Providers - If you have the skills & setup by which you can provide services that your customers can rely on and is satisfactory for them, then you can use the SuperRental SMM panel as a provider.
In this arrangement, you will be using the SuperRental SMM panel to allow your customers to add money to their accounts, place their orders, and raise a support request when required.
At your end, You will be required to create those services & then when your customer places an order, you will fulfill those orders using your skills & setup.
You will be bagging 100% of the payment that your customers are making for each order & you will not be required to share it with any other as you yourself id the provider.

However, at the same time, it requires knowledge, skills & setup that is difficult to achieve. With constantly changing customer needs, and dependency on third-party websites and their code, ensuring that your services are always satisfactory for your customers & at the same time cheap enough is a challenging/time-consuming task.

So if you don't have that much time, skills, or such a setup, then you can opt for the second method, Resellers where you will be using the SuperRental SMM panel to automatically connect your website with a provider's website and send all you orders from your customers to their site for fulfillment. You will be required to only choose which of their services you want to resell to your customers and add them to your site including your own profit in their prices. There are many more resellers in the SMM market than the actual providers and some have built such a strong customer base that their earnings even surpass certain providers. Its an easy way to start your own business from the comfort of your home, with much less capital & less working hours.

No. At SuperRental we have fixed monthly rent, which remains no matter how many orders you receive.

SuperRental does not provide any services for you to sell. You will be required to either sell your own services that you can provide on your own, or you will be reselling services from other providers/resellers, for which you may be required to make a payment to them.

Unlimited. We don't restrict admins of our Multi-Seller Panels from adding/removing sellers.

Yes, we have an option at SuperRental through which any of your customer can order a child panel of your website.
They will be required to make monthly rent payment to us for that. You can also add your commission to their rent, so that you can make money every time they pay monthly rent.
They will not be able to add any other seller on their panel & thus will not be able to sell services of any other seller.

At SuperRental we are not a service provider and thus have no information/knowledge about it. So we cannot help in this case.

Your monthly rent is finalized when you place the order and will remain the same throughout the time period your site is hosted with SuperRental.
However, we do run some promotional campaigns time to time, so to remain informed do join our telegram channel @superrentalalerts.

At SuperRental, we believe in a fair & level playing field for all our customers. Since all our customers are in the same market, helping one is not acceptable to others. Thus, we do not share any service provider names with anyone. If you need to find one, make an effort, do your research, google and you will surely get a good one to resell their services.

At SuperRental, we do not leave our customers on their own. So if you are not able to use your website, you can always reach out to our Panel Support system, which is available in the admin area of your panel. You can share whatever difficulty you are facing in using the panel, and our trained support staff will help you get over that obstacle. We do not want you to feel left out, you have any questions/issues related to your panel, feel free to reach out to Panel Support & we will help.

Regarding refund,

• Our plans are subscription-based, by making a payment you purchase that subscription up to the end of the period as specified in the plan. 
• If you decide to cancel the subscription, you can do that & you will not be charged once your current subscription period is over, after cancellation, you can continue to use the subscription till the end of your current subscription period.
• Under no circumstance, there will be any prorated or full refund of the paid subscription amount, even if you decide to not use a subscription till  its last day.

At SuperRental, we store important & confidential data of our customers and their customers and we believe in complete privacy for them. We are in a business of renting the platform, and are not interested in any other deal of any value. Please refrain from making such unethical & illegal requests.

If your seller is hosted on SuperRental, then you can just login to their site with a user account & place a child panel order from their.
But If your seller is not hosted on SuperRental, then you need to contact us at our email address: socialsaleinsta@gmail.com, with following details,

• Seller Domain Name
• Your Domain Name
• Your Admin Email Address
• Your preferred Panel Base Currency. Ex: INR,USD,etc

Yes, we can upload old user data from other platforms, however, our upload is limited to these fields of your users only,

• User's Name
• User's Email
• Fund Balance
• API Key

Do note that since the passwords of all users are kept encrypted by almost all SMM platforms, it's not possible to upload the passwords of your customers. After your data is uploaded your customers will be required to reset their password using their email address through Forgot Password process.

Also, you should limit maximum number of active services on your site to approx 4000 for smooth functioning of your site.

You can download SQL of your data anytime using the Export Data to SQL feature from the Settings - Module Settings page.

Do note that Export Data to SQL is the only process by which you can get your data. We cannot provide any data(full or partial) through mail, WhatsApp, panel support, or any other means. You need to make sure that you download your data before you close your site, change nameservers, or before your panel expires.
